Collections & Customer Support Officer

You will be a flexible, dynamic, innovative, forward-thinking and focus driven Collections & Customer Support Officer, who is ambitious, resilient with a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service within a regulated environment.

This role is responsible for all aspects of debt collection – general needs and former arrears. There is an opportunity to become involved in the arrears process from beginning to end, whilst working within a demanding and rewarding customer service environment.

You must be a strong communicator, both by telephone and in writing, with a high level of attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast paced team.

Sales & Customer Support Representative

You will provide the first point of contact to customers on both inbound and outbound calls.

You will be responsible for guiding the customer through the loan application process and handling any queries they may have, ensuring the best outcome for the customer at all times.

You must be an excellent communicator, comfortable with telephony communication and written correspondence. You will interact with customers via web chat, text and email communications.
