About UK Credit

Part of the Norfolk Capital Group, UK Credit has over 10 years of experience in lending to those with a less than perfect credit history.
We don’t believe that people should be judged based on a credit score alone, which is why we are committed to affordable lending. What’s more, we will only lend in a manner which is in the best interests of our customers, as well as our business – we take our duty of being a responsible lender seriously.

Typical job roles

This team are responsible for assessing the loan applications we receive. Their main role is to assess the affordability of the loan for the applicant. They are often the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them where needed and communicating via telephone, email and SMS.

Collections & Customer Support Officers
This is the team that deals with customers who have an existing loan. Our customer support team handle a range of tasks such as taking payments and assisting with payment queries to more complicated issues such as supporting those experiencing payment difficulties.
