All existing customers can access and manage their loan account (or the loan they’re guarantor for) through the My Loan portal. This is a dedicated customer portal that holds details of the loan account as well as giving you the ability to make payments online. You can also use the portal to request a settlement figure or send a direct message to your account handler and request a callback. If you’d prefer to speak to someone, you’ll find the phone number for our customer care team below.

If you’re a new customer and you’d like to discuss your application or have any queries on completing your application, our underwriting team will be more than happy to assist you. You can also contact this team to enquire about topping up your existing loan.
