Who can act as your guarantor?
You could ask a friend, family member, colleague, or even your partner, so long as they have a good credit history and are not aged over 70.
Your chosen tenant guarantor can be employed, self-employed, or retired, and there is no minimum income level that they must meet – however we will still need to assess their affordability, just in case they are required to step in your behalf.
